Calora Media is a private creator workflow and media publishing tool used to connect creator-owned TikTok accounts and publish creator-approved videos.

Information we may access

When a TikTok account is connected, the service may access only the information and permissions granted during TikTok authorization, such as:

basic account information needed to identify the connected account, such as account ID, display name, and avatar;
authorization tokens required to upload or publish videos through the TikTok API;
video files, captions, and publishing settings selected by the creator.

How information is used

To verify that the correct TikTok account is connected.
To upload and publish videos selected and approved by the creator.
To maintain a publishing workflow and operational logs for creator review, debugging, and compliance.

Information we do not collect

Calora Media does not collect or process sensitive health data, medical data, eating-disorder information, payment information, private messages, advertising profiles, or unrelated TikTok user data.

Token storage and sharing

TikTok access tokens are stored securely and used only for authorized publishing actions. Tokens are not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used for advertising profiling.

Account control and revocation

A connected TikTok account can revoke access at any time through TikTok account settings or by contacting the app owner. After revocation, the service will no longer be able to upload or publish content for that account.

Data retention

Operational records may be retained as needed for publishing history, debugging, and compliance. Data that is no longer needed may be deleted from the creator workflow.
