Terms of Service — Calora Media

Calora Media is a private creator workflow and media publishing tool used to prepare, review, upload, and publish videos to TikTok accounts owned or managed by the creator.

Purpose of the service

The service is intended for creator-approved media publishing workflows. Content may include general lifestyle videos, balanced meal ideas, recipe-style videos, fictional fitness-coach dialogue videos, and other creator-owned social media formats.

No medical or nutrition advice

Calora Media is not a medical, nutrition, diet, eating-disorder, or health-treatment service. The service does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, personalized nutrition recommendations, weight-loss guarantees, or eating-disorder support. Any content created for connected channels is for entertainment and general lifestyle purposes only.

User responsibilities

• The creator is responsible for reviewing and approving each video, caption, and visibility setting before publication.
• The creator must ensure that published content complies with TikTok policies, applicable laws, copyright rules, and platform community guidelines.
• The creator must not use the service to publish illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing, spammy, or unauthorized content.
• Each TikTok account must authorize the service separately before any upload or publishing action can be performed for that account.

TikTok integration

When connected to TikTok, Calora Media may use approved TikTok API permissions to verify the connected account and to upload or publish creator-approved videos. The service does not publish to any TikTok account unless that account has authorized the app and the creator has selected content for publication.

Availability

The service is provided as a private creator tool and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
